Appointed representative data is retained during the relationship and for required archival periods. Data and documents are securely deleted or anonymized when retention ends.

You may request access, correction, deletion, processing restrictions, or withdraw consent through the privacy request form. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may end the selection process where the documents remain necessary for verification.
